A Donegal man has asked Derry people to help him recover a quad bike and a trailer, which was stolen from his Ballyshannon home. John Doogan is offering a £1,000 reward for the return of the items, which are estimated to be worth £8,500. Police have confirmed Mr Doogan's jeep, trailer and quad bike were stolen in Ballyshannon on May 31 and it is believed they crossed the border at Bridgend. The jeep, and the family dog which was inside, have been recovered, however the trailer and quad remain missing.
Mr Doogan said he needs them for his business and the help of Derry people would be appreciated. "They are worth a lot of money and I use them for my business. I am willing to pay a £1,000 to have them returned and I hope people will help." If anyone has any information contact the police, or him on 00 353 868211946. |
